About The Position

National Star Services, a 28-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking Helpers to work at their Des Plaines, IL 60018 location. This role involves being part of a team that creates high-end products for hundreds of international airline guests daily.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be authorized to lawfully work in the US.
• Must have two updated valid forms of IDs.
• Slip Resistant shoes at work.
• Own transportation to get to and from work.
• A Background check and Drug test will be conducted.
• Must be able to start working as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, fruit and vegetable cutting, assembling small dishes, plating meals, and preparing airline catering trays.
• Read, understand and follow menu specifications.
• Ensure kitchen spaces are kept clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards at all times.
