About The Position
Lake Country Dairy is an award-winning Hard Italian Cheese manufacturing plant. We are proud to be a part of Wisconsin’s strong tradition of cheese making and our goal is to make the best cheese in the world! We are hiring people to join our day shift cheese production team!
Requirements
- No experience necessary - we will provide all training and support!
Nice To Haves
- Willingness to work every other weekend.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift.
- Interest in cross-training, growth, and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Operate cheese production equipment.
- Monitor cheese making processes.
- Ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with cross-training and learning new roles within the production team.
