About The Position

The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the Full Circle Health check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Requirements

• High School/GED
• 2 or more years customer service experience required

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Certified Medical Interpreter

• Assisting patients with the Full Circle Health check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.
