About The Position

The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of FCH. The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Requirements

  • High School/GED
  • 2 or more years customer service experience required

Nice To Haves

  • previous medical office experience preferred
  • previous call center experience preferred
  • Certified Medical Interpreter, preferred
