About The Position

The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health (FCH). The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be অ্যাসিড for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2 or more years customer service experience required
• Immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Certified Medical Interpreter, preferred
