Requirements
- A valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license, with an F endorsement;
- Experience driving heavy vehicles and an exemplary driving record;
- An impeccable team spirit and an interest in the community;
- A rigorously safety-focused attitude;
- Openness to modern technologies;
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of an open work permit.
Responsibilities
- Drive a waste collection truck, while strictly adhering to our safety standards (assigned truck and routes, if possible);
- Collaborate with the team to ensure complete daily collection within the required timeframe;
- Use technological equipment, such as smart driving cameras, tablets, and computer programs;
Benefits
- Hourly wage between $26.50 and $28 depending on experience, with overtime pay after 40 hours;
- Possibility of an additional monthly bonus to reward safe behavior, evening hours worked, and certain types of assigned trucks;
