About The Position

Enviro Connexions, a division of Waste Connections of Canada, is an integrated services company providing collection, transportation, and recycling solutions for residual materials to residents and businesses across Canada and the United States. We are seeking a Class 1 or 3 Driver to operate a variety of trucks, offering daily variety in clients, routes, and challenges. We will train you to operate various trucks. The role involves operating different types of trucks, primarily side loaders, adhering strictly to safety standards. Responsibilities include transporting residual materials from our transfer station to the Eastern Townships landfills (if assigned a semi-trailer), collecting and delivering containers to clients in the Eastern Townships (if assigned a roll-off truck), and performing residual material collections on an assigned route (if assigned an automatic side loader). You will work closely with your team to ensure complete and punctual service, utilize technological tools like smart cameras, tablets, and specialized software, and start your day from our Sherbrooke site between 5 AM and 6 AM.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 driver's license with 'F' endorsement.
  • Experience driving heavy trucks and an exemplary driving record.
  • Impeccable team spirit and interest in the community.

  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of an open work permit.
  • International sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Responsibilities
