About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Chauffeur (Driver) to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, patient, and customer-service focused
• Comfortable assisting older adults and individuals with mobility needs
• Ability to follow safety procedures and transportation schedules
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks

Nice To Haves

• Previous transportation, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents and guests to medical appointments, community outings, and scheduled destinations
• Assist residents and guests in and out of the vehicle as needed
• Provide a friendly, respectful, and supportive transportation experience
• Maintain transportation logs and follow all safety procedures
• Complete routine vehicle safety checks
• Help ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and ready for use
• Communicate any transportation concerns, schedule updates, or vehicle needs to the appropriate team members
• Support residents and guests with patience, professionalism, and compassion
