Requirements

Experience in transportation operations, dispatching, logistics, scheduling, or event coordination

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule charter transportation services
Manage transportation arrangements for schools, camps, weddings, corporate events, and private groups
Serve as the primary point of contact for charter clients
Confirm trip details, schedules, and service requirements
Assign drivers and coordinate vehicle availability
Maintain scheduling calendars and operational records
Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, and management
Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts before they impact service
Track upcoming trips and ensure proper execution of all transportation arrangements
Support operational planning and continuous process improvement
