The Masonic Charity Foundation of Connecticut supports the mission of Masonicare by raising funds to enhance the quality of life of those served by Connecticut’s leading not-for-profit provider of senior healthcare and retirement living. Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with attention to detail
• Interest in philanthropy, senior services, or healthcare nonprofit work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Work in nonprofit/fundraising in a volunteer capacity

Nice To Haves

• Blackbaud/CRM experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with donor database management and data entry (Blackbaud/CRM experience is a plus)
• Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and donor events
• Prepare donor acknowledgment letters and other correspondence
• Conduct prospect research to identify potential individual and corporate donors
• Help manage social media and email communications related to fundraising
• Assist in creating fundraising materials, including flyers, mailers, and reports
• Attend and provide support at Foundation events (if applicable)
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed
