About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Chargeback Senior Analyst- Enterprise Contract Management! This position will be located in Raritan, NJ. Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, Chargebacks will be responsible for a combination of responsibilities demonstrating a detailed understanding of the department, monitoring the Chargeback process for key Innovative Medicine & Medical Device wholesalers/distributors possessing a broad knowledge of other areas of the business. This entails developing key internal and external partnerships, performing root cause analyses, resolving complex Chargeback discrepancies, partnering with Finance regarding Chargeback credits and deductions, and measuring/monitoring wholesaler/distributor compliance. In addition, key responsibilities also include any compliance related activities, such as Sarbanes-Oxley.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of total overall business experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of contracting, finance or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to align the goals of multiple partners towards successful outcomes
  • Leadership, analytical, and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully and work independently is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated project leadership experience is required.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (specifically vLookups and pivot tables) is required

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Power BI and macros is preferred
  • Knowledge of Model N (ICS/CORE) and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to team members to strategically process resubmissions and deductions through Model N (ICS/CORE)
  • Coach analysts to strengthen their analytical, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Oversight of Chargeback Payments through Model N (ICS/CORE)
  • Lead the monthly review and sign- off of Audit Packages plus manage ad hoc requests from PWC, etc. to ensure SOX compliance
  • Lead & provide chargeback trending analysis to Sr. Management, JJHCS Finance and Operating Company finance teams
  • Perform the review and validation of monthly clean line metrics prior to publishing
  • Demonstrate detailed understanding of the department and a broad knowledge of the contract continuum
  • Provide problem resolution to complex issues, assume leadership roles on teams and projects within and across departments
  • Collaborate and lead communication with internal business partners such as Channel Partners, Operating Companies, wholesalers/distributors to address disputes
  • Ability to make decisions while understanding the impact of actions, processes and problems across the department with minimal supervision
  • Provide leadership to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments, Operating Companies, etc.
