Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND four (4) years of experience in POS/tracings, chargebacks, and process improvements within the medical industry in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High school diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of experience in POS/tracings, chargebacks, and process improvements within the medical industry in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing relationships with large distributors within the medical industry
  • Green Belt certification and experience utilizing LEAN methodologies
  • Knowledge of pricing discrepancies, chargeback claims resolution, and order management systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years of experience with SAP/Vistex, Salesforce cases, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Experience working cross-functionally within an organization
  • Strong business and strategic thinking skills across contracting, finance, customer types, and market fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end process improvements in chargebacks and sales tracing

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing analytical thinking to review large volumes of chargebacks and sales tracings data
  • Owning operational relationships with assigned distributors and managing end-to-end POS/tracings and chargeback processes
  • Implementing solutions with distributors to improve data quality and prevent errors
  • Leading and participating in end-to-end (E2E) projects across the organization
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within chargebacks and sales tracing operations
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
