About The Position

Join our 12-bed merged ICU/IMC unit, where we provide flexible, high-quality care for a mix of ICU and Intermediate Care patients based on individual clinical needs. Care for a diverse range of medical and surgical diagnoses in a dynamic, evolving environment. While major cardiac recovery is not currently part of our scope, our program is actively growing. The unit experiences a mix of acuity that is balanced by shifts which allow for focused, thoughtful patient care—not just constant hustle and bustle. We foster a strong culture of teamwork and patient safety—you are never alone, and support is always within reach. Requirements

Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
RN – Registered Nurse License – Required upon hire
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support – Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterly
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support – Required within 90 days of hire
CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training – Required within 90 days of hire
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
2 or more years of experience in an acute care setting
