About The Position
Rest Haven Homes is seeking compassionate and dependable Charge Nurses (LPN or RN) to join their care team. This role involves overseeing a small team of Nurse Aides in providing daily care to residents, administering medications, adapting to the care environment, and processing physician orders. The position emphasizes serving and mentoring others with patience and dignity, and interacting with residents, families, and visitors with grace and love. Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable caregivers
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), State of Michigan
Responsibilities
- Oversee a small team of Nurse Aides in providing daily cares
- Serve and mentor others to serve residents with patience and dignity
- Administer medications

- Review & process physician orders
- Exercise grace and love interacting with residents, their families and visitors
