About The Position
This is a hiring event for Charge RN and Clinical Coordinator leadership roles within Team Abrazo. The event offers an opportunity for nurses passionate about patient care to explore leadership pathways, network with nursing leaders and hiring teams, and discover career advancement opportunities within Abrazo's hospitals. Attendees can expect to learn about leadership skills development, budget management, and decision-making in high-stress situations. A complimentary dinner and networking experience will be provided.
Requirements
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR.
- ACLS as applicable by Facility/by Department.
Nice To Haves
- BSN.
- Management experience with two years supervisory.
- Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
- For PACU roles: ACLS required or must obtain within six months of hire, PALS preferred.
- ACLS.
Responsibilities
- Implement change effectively.
- Assist with the management of departmental budget.
- Make independent decisions in high-stress situations.
