About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate the delivery of nursing care. Aligned with Nursing Leadership, the Charge Nurse provides leadership in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain nursing practice standards in the clinical setting. Requirements

Hold an RN license in the state where applying.
Hold current BLS certification.
Hold current ACLS certification; the posting states ACLS is required from day one for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU roles, and also says it is required after 90 days of employment.
One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
Comfort working with vents, trachs, and PICC lines.
Two years of experience in direct patient care.
