About The Position
Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to join its team and contribute to long-term senior care. The nurse will serve assigned residents and work with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing, physicians, and clinical staff. Requirements
- Hold a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Care about serving residents.
- Be a team player and work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents.
- Consult with physicians concerning resident evaluations.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
- Help team members grow their careers.
- Examine residents and their records and charts to distinguish normal from abnormal findings and recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems.
- Complete administrative duties for assigned residents, including medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
