From trauma, burn, pediatrics, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, gynecology, surgical oncology and much more, your critical thinking and organizational skills will be key as you serve as the liason for your assigned area. At Clovis Community you will be part of the family-like team that has been integral in helping us become a local favorite , and one of the busiest sites in the world for da Vinci robotic surgery. We are a growing and state-of-the-art facility with 17 operating rooms, and building out 6 more in 2022 with the opening of a new tower. The operating rooms have quick turnover and cases both inpatient and outpatient. As a member of our team, you will need to be prepared to always be on the move. Responsibilities The Charge Nurse for Community Health System (CHS) has daily oversight and supportive resourcing of the clinical staff and the management of patient care. They serve as the primary liaison for an assigned care area with physicians, staff, patients, and families. They are responsible for coordinating patient flow and staff assignments and the oversight of patient safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
