About the position
Aspinity is seeking a Characterization Test Engineer to focus on the characterization and testing of ultra-low power analog products. The role involves developing measurement methodologies and plans, implementing test programs, analyzing results, and conducting root cause analysis of failures. The engineer will be responsible for measuring the response of analog low-power IC products, developing and executing product characterization measurement methodology and test plans, and evaluating and using measurement and parametric test hardware and software. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize design, debug, and verification skills to test and validate non-linear analog products and gain valuable hands-on experiences in career development.
Responsibilities
- Measure the response of analog low-power IC products for the purposes of exhaustive characterization, acceptance (pass/fail) test, and reliability qualification, both in package and at the wafer level.
- Development and execution of product characterization measurement methodology and test plans.
- Evaluation, use, and support of measurement and parametric test hardware and software to create models.
Requirements
- Experience in characterization and testing of ultra-low power analog products, including analog blocks and sensor interface circuits
- Ability to develop measurement methodology and test plans for product characterization
- Proficiency in using lab equipment for testing and analysis of results
- Knowledge of root cause analysis for failure analysis
- Strong design, debug, and verification skills for testing, verifying, and validating non-linear analog products
- Ability to architect and develop test methodologies and flows for components, devices, and systems
- Familiarity with measurement and parametric test hardware and software
