ISC2 is seeking a Chapter Relations Manager to oversee the management of over 160+ chapters worldwide. This role involves the formation and onboarding of new chapters, developing policies, processes, and procedures to effectively execute and maintain all ISC2 programs related to chapter functions and operations. The manager will collaborate on the development and launch of various ISC2 corporate initiatives for chapters on a global scale, and work with regional teams to determine best practices for regional implementation. A key responsibility is leading the implementation of key change initiatives (projects) related to the Board-approved chapter strategy. The role also includes overseeing chapter leadership groups, providing support and guidance, and developing strategies to ensure chapter leaders and members recognize the value of ISC2 membership and remain engaged. The Chapter Relations Manager will lead the execution of ISC2 hosted events and forums for chapters, provide effective and regular outreach to strengthen relations, and collaborate with various ISC2 business units on marketing communication strategies. Additionally, this role involves supervising regional chapter specialists, reviewing chapter audits, developing action plans for inactive chapters, collaborating with other organizations to grow ISC2 programs, and developing an awards and recognition program. The manager will establish metrics to gauge member value, communicate program activities, demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion, and motivate and lead a diverse, high-performing team.
