About The Position

CEO Life is seeking a Chapter Director to help build its Palm Beach community of CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives. This independent, commission-based role is suited to someone who knows the local business community, enjoys bringing successful people together, and wants to grow a membership community built around meaningful relationships.

Reporting to the Chapter President, the Chapter Director develops new member relationships in the Palm Beach market, introduces qualified leaders to the community, helps create engaging events, and ensures new members feel welcomed and connected. The role offers an opportunity to help establish a growing chapter, earn recurring income from members brought into the community, and build a reputation as a connector in the Palm Beach business community.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a relationship-driven role involving some combination of business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, or entrepreneurship.
• Must currently live in the Palm Beach, Florida area.
• Ability to quickly build authentic relationships with successful business leaders.
• Ability to connect people and recognize opportunities where introductions can create value.
• Relationship-based sales skills and confidence asking for business without making interactions feel transactional.
• Warm, engaging presence and ability to help people feel welcome, known, and connected.
• Strong organizational skills and self-direction in managing a pipeline, follow-up, and commitments.
• Comfort representing an organization publicly, including speaking to groups and occasionally appearing on camera or social media.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building within the local business community.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives in Palm Beach and invite qualified prospects to join the community.
• Work with the Chapter President and fellow Directors toward a combined chapter goal of at least four new members per month.
• Bring in new members consistently through networking, referrals, events, and local business relationships.
• Welcome new members, learn about their businesses and interests, and make valuable introductions to support engagement.
• Host CEO Life’s monthly Palm Beach events and drive attendance by bringing guests and prospective members.
• Partner with the Chapter President and corporate team on event ideas, venues, and member experiences.
• Build relationships throughout the Palm Beach business community and represent CEO Life at local events.
• Use CEO Life’s CRM, member platform, outreach tools, and training to manage the pipeline and follow up professionally.
• Represent CEO Life publicly, including occasional participation in social media and chapter content.
