About The Position
CEO Life is a private invite-only membership community built for CEOs, founders, and leaders who want more than a network. We are not a mastermind or a leads group, but rather a community where ambitious people connect through various activities such as happy hours, business round tables, fine dining, theatre, concerts, and destination trips. Membership is by application and invitation only. The core principles of the club are Gather, Grow, and Give. We are building the San Antonio chapter and seeking four Chapter Directors to establish it. These individuals will be part of a five-person Executive Leadership Pod responsible for shaping the chapter's culture, tone, and member experiences, with the support of the CEO Life brand, systems, and national momentum. This role offers the opportunity to build a recurring income stream from new members.
Requirements
- Existing relationships with founders, CEOs, and executives in San Antonio.
- A track record in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship.
- High emotional intelligence and a natural instinct for connecting people.
- Presence that earns respect among decision-makers.
- Independence to manage your own responsibilities.
- Character to enhance a team.
- Genuine belief in depth over display, and connection over transaction.

Responsibilities
- Curate membership by inviting the right people and protecting the integrity of the group.
- Build authentic relationships within your industry niche.
- Enroll 3-10+ new members monthly, with top performers averaging 7+.
- Host and drive attendance to the chapter's signature monthly experiences.
- Collaborate with the Pod to create memorable member experiences.
