About The Position
CEO Life is experiencing explosive transformation. We're looking for four elite Chapter Directors per location who know how to open doors at the top — CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives — and close them. This isn't a traditional sales role. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity built for relationship-driven professionals who can engage at the highest levels of business leadership and convert those conversations into recurring wealth. OTE $70,000-150,000+ annually uncapped, working part-time hours while maintaining the flexibility to run existing ventures. As a Chapter Director, you'll join an exclusive 5-person Executive Leadership Pod driving growth in your market. Your primary mission: identify, engage, and enroll CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives into the CEO Life community. You'll leverage our brand, systems, and national momentum to build a recurring income stream — fueled entirely by your ability to connect with and sell to the decision-makers at the top of every organization. We're scaling to 50,000 global leaders. The executives who partner with us now aren't just joining a company — they're claiming territory in a movement. Each chapter requires four Chapter Directors, each owning a distinct market segment. In every niche, your target remains the same: the CEO, Founder, or C-suite leader at the helm. CEO Life operates through three pillars: Gather (authentic relationships), Grow (leadership development), and Give (community impact). Requirements
- A proven closer with a track record of selling to — not just alongside — CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives
- Deeply networked within your industry at the executive level
- Entrepreneurially minded, motivated by unlimited earning potential
- Skilled at building authentic peer-level relationships with the most influential leaders in any room
- Comfortable operating independently while contributing to a high-performance team
- Demonstrated success in executive-level business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
- The credibility and presence to engage C-suite decision-makers as a peer
- High emotional intelligence and natural relationship-building ability at the top of the org chart
- The drive to build a six-figure income by converting executive relationships into membership enrollments
- A professional presence that commands respect among Founders, CEOs, and senior leaders
Responsibilities
- Establishing relationships with CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives within your industry niche
- Leverage CEO Life's proven LinkedIn automation and outreach systems to target executive-level decision-makers
- Enroll 3–5+ new members monthly — every one of them a top-tier executive (top performers average 7+)
- Host and drive attendance at monthly signature events designed exclusively for executive leaders
- Collaborate with your Executive Leadership Pod to deliver exceptional peer-level member experiences
- Build long-term wealth through the recurring commissions generated by the leaders you bring in
