The Assistant Director of Chapter Services is a member of the Sorority and Fraternity staff and reports to the Associate Director of Sorority and Fraternity Life, Chapter Services. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day processes for community-wide leadership development and educational programming. The Assistant Director oversees community-wide prevention programming and harm reduction initiatives for over 60 chapters and 4 governing councils, and contributes to advancing university-wide hazing prevention initiatives. Key responsibilities also include directly advising the Greek Programming Board and Order of Omega, providing supervision to student employees and a graduate teaching associate, and assisting with student interns' training and development. The position also involves managing relationships and stewardship with stakeholders, alumni/alumnae, and various university departments whose outreach efforts are vital to the success of the sorority and fraternity community.
