About The Position

Helen of Troy is seeking a strategic Channel Strategy Manager to serve as the critical pivot point between our Brand and Sales teams to drive merchandising, promotions, and commercial strategy for our wellness brands — Honeywell, Braun, Vicks and PUR. Reporting to the Director of Channel Strategy, you will help shape how our brands show up with consumers and retail partners by developing and executing channel strategies, supporting and monitoring key initiatives like our universal pricing policy, informing key customer-facing recommendations, and enabling successful line reviews and joint business planning. This role maintains consistent communication loops with Brand, Innovation, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, acting as both the voice of Sales within the brands and the voice of the Brand to the field. You will embed external retail insights into business planning, guide customer teams with clear strategy and selling direction, and ensure our plans are executed with excellence to position our brands for long-term growth.
