The Channel Sales Manager position is responsible for directly interfacing with assigned and prospective agent partners to ensure the achievement of budgeted sales volumes in assigned territory. This role involves managing territory sales volume and quota, providing sales forecasting, performing analysis and reporting, and offering pricing, solution design, and quotes to agents. The manager will also participate in and drive partner events, grow business relationships with agent partners, and continually educate agents on WOW! products and services. Key responsibilities include managing revenue and volume objectives, monitoring sales operational tactics, contributing to budgeting and forecasting, gathering industry information, establishing prospecting activities, and acting as a point of contact for agents.
