In this role, you will own complex channel programs end-to-end, drive operational excellence through automation and scalability, and serve as a key point of contact for our channel partners. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, AI, and technical teams to enhance the partner experience while ensuring measurable business outcomes. The US Channel Programs team is looking for an experienced program management professional to drive cross-functional and cross-organizational teams that not only enable capabilities within Incentive Programs to enhance the partner experience, but also enhance operational efficiency through process, data, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence as the business grows and serve as the primary liaison for channel partners across Salesforce and all program touch points, supporting participation, onboarding, and launch execution.
