About The Position

Mysoft is seeking a Channel Partnership Manager to expand its partner ecosystem and bring its Sage X3 expertise and innovative SaaS products to more customers. This role focuses on developing an international partner function, particularly in the US market, to drive growth and increase ARR. The successful candidate will leverage an existing Sage X3 customer and partner network to grow adoption of X3CloudDocs, build strategic relationships, and generate commercial success. The role involves working with AI-driven SaaS and ERP solutions, supported by internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams. It also includes line management responsibility for a Business Development Executive, with opportunities for recruitment and mentoring. This position offers the chance to build international partnerships, influence strategy, develop leadership experience, work with cutting-edge technology, and benefit directly from the growth generated.

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
  • A proactive and highly organised approach to managing relationships and opportunities
  • The ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams
  • Commercial awareness and confidence discussing ROI and business value
  • Must possess the required work permit, visa, or immigration document to work in the UK on an unrestricted basis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within ERP software or the Sage ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Sage X3, Sage Intacct, or similar mid-market ERP platforms
  • Experience working with SaaS or subscription-based software solutions
  • Exposure to partner enablement or channel development programmes
  • Knowledge of document management or finance automation solutions

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing Sage X3 channel partners
  • Driving partner engagement, pipeline growth, and recurring revenue opportunities
  • Running regular business reviews and collaborating on joint growth plans
  • Supporting partners through live sales opportunities, demonstrations, and customer conversations
  • Running look and feel demonstrations of all product modules
  • Delivering onboarding and enablement programmes for new partners
  • Creating and maintaining sales and partner enablement resources
  • Working with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to support partner success
  • Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell activity within partner customer bases
  • Recruiting and onboarding new strategic partners
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Representing Mysoft at partner meetings, events, webinars, and industry conferences
