About The Position

Cognisys is seeking a commercially minded, relationship-led Channel Partner Manager to lead and grow its North American partner ecosystem. This role is crucial for the company's international growth, focusing on building strategic commercial relationships that create pipeline, influence markets, and position Cognisys as a trusted cybersecurity and compliance partner. The position involves owning the strategic relationship with Vanta and expanding the wider ecosystem of referral and channel partners, sitting at the intersection of partnerships, sales, and strategic growth. The role requires creating pipeline opportunities, driving partner engagement and enablement, increasing Cognisys visibility, influencing partner sales motions, and shaping the North American channel strategy.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience within Channel Partnerships, Strategic Alliances or Partner Management in SaaS, cybersecurity or technology services.
  • Experience operating within high-growth environments where pace, ambiguity and commercial ownership are expected.
  • Proven track record of generating measurable channel-driven pipeline or revenue.
  • Experience working with or alongside Vanta, Secureframe, Drata, compliance automation platforms, cybersecurity vendors, or MSSP or consultancy ecosystems.
  • Direct cybersecurity or compliance industry experience is highly advantageous.
  • Commercially aware, credible and confident engaging with partner sales teams, customer success organisations, operational stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Highly self-directed and capable of managing multiple initiatives, partner priorities, reporting requirements, enablement activities, and strategic relationship management without losing pace or attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for key North American channel partners, with a strong focus on Vanta.
  • Build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder groups including partner leadership, sales teams, account management/customer success teams, regional partner managers, and strategic alliance stakeholders.
  • Drive measurable partner-sourced pipeline growth through co-selling initiatives, account mapping, referral strategies, joint pipeline reviews, and warm introductions into target accounts.
  • Work closely with Cognisys sales leadership and Enterprise Account Executives to convert strategic partner opportunities into revenue.
  • Deliver engaging enablement sessions and ongoing partner education, including workshops, enablement collateral, regional updates, partner onboarding, and cybersecurity and compliance positioning support.
  • Maintain a visible and proactive presence within the cybersecurity and compliance ecosystem, participating in partner events, industry conferences, webinars, regional networking opportunities, partner Slack communities, and strategic account discussions.
  • Track and report on partner-sourced revenue, pipeline conversion, channel performance, forecasting, and partner activity metrics, using data to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Help shape Cognisys’ broader North American channel strategy, including identifying new partnership opportunities, developing scalable referral models, refining partner engagement approaches, and supporting joint GTM initiatives.
