About The Position

The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of marketing programs and events to support Kidde's business objectives. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful ROI, and project management from concept to completion. The individual in this role must apply deep business knowledge to inform and drive the short- and long-term strategies for program execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
  • 3+ years or project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing programs, including but not limited to, digital, print, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to ensure programs align with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with distribution partners and vendors to ensure all requirements are met, metrics are in place and ROI is captured.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing programs and targets.
