The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist, National Retail Channel Marketing. Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Retail Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing national marketing strategies to drive sell-through of MX products across major retail accounts. The position focuses on joint marketing programs, product launches, promotions, in-store merchandising, digital marketing, and performance marketing while building strong partnerships with key retailers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong national retail experience, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business results through integrated marketing initiatives. 14-Month Contract: $77K with closing bonus upon completion of contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail channel marketing or national account marketing program management
  • Strong track record in developing and executing channel marketing strategies across traditional, digital, and performance marketing
  • Experience working with major national retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.) is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for major retail accounts, including product launches, promotions, branding, and merchandising initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Product Management, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Finance) to align campaigns with business objectives
  • Manage performance marketing agencies, optimize digital content, brand store pages, and ensure compliance with Samsung brand guidelines
  • Coordinate in-store merchandising and promotional programs to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue
  • Manage marketing budgets, expenditures, and ROI tracking across retail accounts
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews, performance reports, and stakeholder presentations
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for national retail partners and internal teams, including HQ requests
  • Analyze sales data and campaign performance to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
