About The Position

The Channel Marketing Coordinator – Partner Engagement & Activation is responsible for keeping 8x8's North America partner community informed, motivated, and connected through consistent communications, program activation, and MDF-fueled demand programs. This is a to-partner marketing role focused on building the engagement engine that drives TSD, agent and reseller mindshare and ensures partners are equipped and incentivized to bring 8x8 to market. This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer looking to build deep expertise in channel and field marketing within a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, or partner programs — SaaS or technology industry preferred
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for creative, engaging partner-facing content
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with data to track engagement and report on program performance
  • Collaborative team player who works well with sales and partner-facing teams
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and iterate quickly
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for partner events and trade shows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM/marketing tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the TSD marketing relationship and activation program — including monthly themed content, digital rooms, quarterly contests, and sponsorship activation plans tied to measurable pipeline outcomes
  • Design and deliver quarterly SPIFs and ongoing Reseller Partner Program communications to keep NA partners informed, incentivized, and engaged
  • Run the monthly partner newsletter and support PAYG launch readiness communications
  • Support 8x8's presence at Channel Partners Expo — the premier NA channel event — to build partner preference, deepen existing relationships, and increase 8x8 mindshare across the NA partner community
  • Support the NA Partner Roadshow execution, including logistics, partner outreach, and follow-up coordination
  • Track partner engagement metrics (newsletter open rates, SPIF participation, webinar attendance) and report on performance quarterly
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure communications and program activations are aligned to top partner priorities
  • Manage MDF-funded demand programs in coordination with partner ops, tracking utilization and pipeline outcomes
  • Support other partner marketing projects and global initiatives as required
