About The Position

The Channel Marketing Associate will support the planning and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns for the distribution and reseller channels. The role includes developing and managing SPIFFs, giveaways, co-branded campaigns, and targeted account programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager, sales teams, and partner networks to execute and track channel marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing (Channel, Technology, or B2B experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and priority-setting skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and a self-starter attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and essential CRM tools (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
  • Knowledge of UTM link generation, campaign tracking, and data reporting is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for Resellers and Partners.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials for spiffs, giveaways, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Monitor and track SPIFF participation, giveaways, and partner engagement.
  • Maintain the digital calendar for channel e-blasts, events, and promotions.
  • Prepare and distribute partner communications, ensuring brand compliance.
  • Collaborate on the preparation and execution of materials for in-person and virtual events.
  • Manage UTM link generation and track campaign performance.
  • Administer surveys for virtual and non-virtual events and compile results.
  • Coordinate with the distribution sales team to align activities and ensure goals are met.
  • Track and manage professional channel sales material placement on partner websites.
  • Assist with campaign performance tracking and reporting, including Google Analytics and HubSpot data.
  • Support quarterly MDF performance updates and reporting.
  • Provide insights on partner engagement and campaign ROI.
  • Manage portal notifications, user updates, and partner forms.
  • Update and maintain relevant marketing content for the corporate resource center.
  • Monitor and respond to the Pro Inbox and Partner Inbox.
  • Draft and execute e-blasts, newsletters, and blogs in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Associate.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Manager on progress and upcoming deadlines.
  • Other tasks, as assigned.
