The Channel Manager will assist the Director and Account Manager to support our digital sales initiatives, driving growth through HomeDepot.com. This position will play a pivotal role in item and IDM maintenance, online marketing, and the execution of projects and promotions, ensuring that all system updates are accurate and reflective of current offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong online sales experience and a passion for digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of both B2B and B2C websites, with specific experience managing online platforms such as HomeDepot.com and IDM preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, and content optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accurately scope projects, manage multiple deadlines, and drive timely project completion.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • A creative and strategic thinker, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities that benefit both Home Depot and Leviton.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, fostering strong working relationships to achieve shared goals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with B2C platforms, preferably with exposure to online sales for major retail channels (experience with HomeDepot.com is a plus).
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite, with advanced excel skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems and familiarity with digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Home Depot online programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop an effective online strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collect and update item attribute data, descriptions, and marketing content across all systems.
  • Lead project planning efforts by coordinating with internal and external teams, managing project setups, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with Leviton teams to streamline logistics and achieve forecasted sales growth.
  • Analyze sales performance data for projects and promotions, generating actionable insights to optimize online strategies.
  • Develop and maintain tracking reports on competitive pricing and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Generate innovative ideas to boost brand awareness and enhance customer interaction on digital platforms.
