About The Position

Hexnode is hiring a Channel Manager to drive high-velocity pipeline and revenue growth through a strategic partner ecosystem across the Eastern United States. The role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and co-selling with top-tier value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), and distributors, targeting buyers in IT, Security, and Endpoint Management. The position focuses on developing a strategically selected partner portfolio, building joint business and pipeline plans, equipping partners to position Hexnode against competing products, and coordinating partner offers and internal resources. The manager will maintain a disciplined forecasting cadence for partner-sourced pipeline and bookings. The role serves mid-market and commercial enterprise organizations with 500–10,000 employees across the Eastern US.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B partner or channel sales experience in SaaS, Security, or IT Infrastructure.
  • A proven record of carrying a partner quota and navigating two-tier distribution models (Distributor → Reseller/MSP).
  • Strong existing partner network and market knowledge across Eastern US hubs, including the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and commercial enterprise segments with organizations of 500–10,000 employees.
  • Deep experience working with MSPs, VARs, and SIs.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into a clear, partner-ready value proposition.
  • Strong internal selling skills to secure cross-functional resources and support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Apple-focused or Education resellers.
  • Experience with mobile carriers or agent networks.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and activate a strategic portfolio of partners, prioritizing quality and long-term alignment over sheer volume.
  • Develop and execute quarterly “Top 10” business plans, including joint pipeline development, executive alignment, and structured QBRs.
  • Coach partners on pitches, deliver product demos, and develop competitive positioning against Intune, JAMF, Ivanti, and Workspace ONE.
  • Collaborate on partner offers, including bundling, MDF and co-marketing initiatives, and referral or resale frameworks.
  • Maintain a disciplined cadence for forecasting partner-sourced pipeline and bookings to support consistent quota over-performance.
  • Secure internal sales engineering resources, pricing approvals, and marketing support to unblock partner deals.
