The Channel Alliances Director role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale strategic partnerships that enhance brand performance, drive commercial excellence, and strengthen Pfizer’s position as a trusted leader in science and innovation. This role is critical in aligning partnership strategy with brand objectives, optimizing go-to-market models, and unlocking new value channels to support Pfizer’s ambition of being the most impactful and trusted name in healthcare marketing. This is a role within the Customers and Channels Group (CCG) within Commercial, supporting the US Primary Care brands and reporting into the Sr. Director, Primary Care Partnerships Lead, where responsibilities include forging, negotiating, and managing partnerships across channel stakeholders and generating insights for brand partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in partnerships, is a strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates strong project management capabilities, and can effectively translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans. This individual should also be skilled at influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners and is comfortable engaging with senior leadership to align on goals, navigate ambiguity, and drive successful execution of joint initiatives.
