About The Position

This role is not a typical channel management position focused on legacy partners. SecureW2 is seeking an architect to build a powerhouse ecosystem of regional partners for their cloud-native, passwordless security solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge SecureW2's technology with a network of regional partners. This role is suitable for seasoned Channel professionals or high-performing Mid-Market/Commercial Account Executives with existing regional partner relationships who want to build a territory from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Channel Management or as a Commercial/Mid-Market AE with a focus on channel success.
  • Experience in SaaS, Cybersecurity, and Identity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with CISOs and Lead Engineers.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience scaling specific partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing "Rolodex" of regional partners in the networking and security space.
  • Experience thriving in the ambiguity of a startup environment and creating processes.
  • Desire to build a territory from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and sign regional VARs and security-focused partners.
  • Train partners to hunt with SecureW2, providing them with the necessary tools and intelligence.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that drive partner-sourced revenue.
  • Represent the SecureW2 brand at regional events.
  • Act as the primary advocate for partners within internal sales and marketing teams.
