You'll be part of our central change delivery team, supporting frontline UK humanitarian services through coaching, advice and trauma-informed change practice. Working closely with leaders, project teams, and specialists, you will design and deliver people-centred change plans that help colleagues and volunteers understand, adopt, and sustain new ways of working. You will act as a trusted partner, offering expert guidance, coaching, and insight to support complex programmes. You will also contribute to building lasting change capability, strengthening how change is delivered across the organisation.
