The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate need for a Change Manager for a full time opportunity. This role involves working with the IT leadership team to define program goals and objectives, establish program governance, and serve as a primary project management resource. The Change Manager will collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and facilitate communication. A key aspect of this role is to act as a change champion, embedding best practices, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and supporting the adoption of new technologies and processes. The position also involves ensuring quality standards, developing business cases, maintaining project documentation, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track.
