About The Position

This temporary role serves as a critical liaison between system office strategy and local market execution for UKG. The specialist will ensure Ministry-level decisions are effectively translated into market-specific actions, lead engagement efforts, and conduct change impact assessments to address readiness needs. They will reinforce system office communication strategies, adapt training plans and materials for successful adoption of new systems and processes, and provide hypercare and floor support during rollouts. Facilitating coordination and bidirectional feedback between the system office, change leaders, and local teams is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of change management experience, along with UKG Pro WFM scheduling, is strongly preferred.
Proven experience working with various leadership levels within a large, matrixed organization.
Strong communication skills and professional knowledge regarding training and implementations.
