About The Position

This temporary role serves as a critical liaison between system office strategy and local market execution, ensuring that Ministry-level decisions are effectively translated into market-specific actions. The specialist will lead engagement efforts, conduct change impact assessments, reinforce communication strategies, adapt training plans, provide hypercare and floor support during rollouts, and facilitate coordination between the system office, change leaders, and local teams.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of change management experience, along with UKG Pro WFM scheduling, is strongly preferred.
Proven experience working with various leadership levels within a large, matrixed organization.
Strong communication skills and professional knowledge regarding training and implementations.

Responsibilities

Providing hypercare and floor support during rollouts to guide end users and resolve issues promptly.
Facilitating coordination and bidirectional feedback between the system office, change leaders, and local teams to ensure consistent and timely deployment.
