The Change Management Specialist serves as a strategic partner in guiding the organization through a major multiyear transformation of ERP and EAM systems, capabilities, and business processes. This role provides advanced analytical, change management, and stakeholder engagement expertise to ensure business readiness and adoption across a large, diverse public transit workforce. The position works closely with program leadership, change champions, business process owners, technical teams, and outside partners to assess impacts, develop change management plans, and drive effective engagement and adoption strategies. It plays a key role in translating complex technical and process changes into actionable, people-centered solutions that support successful post-implementation adoption and usage. The role ensures alignment with the agency’s Prosci-based change management framework and promotes a culture of continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle. This is a term-limited position of 2 years.
