About The Position

This role serves as a critical liaison between system office strategy and local market execution, ensuring that Ministry-level decisions are effectively translated into market-specific actions. The specialist will lead engagement efforts, conduct change impact assessments to address readiness needs, and reinforce system office communication strategies. They will also adapt system office training plans and materials, provide hypercare and floor support during rollouts, and facilitate coordination and feedback between the system office, change leaders, and local teams.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

2–5+ years of change management experience
2–5 years of human resources experience
2–5 years of Oracle experience
Proven experience working with various leadership levels within a large, matrixed organization.
Strong communication skills
Professional knowledge regarding training and implementations.
