About The Position

The Change Management Lead is responsible for stakeholder engagement and change management processes and practices to align business leaders and end users. This role leads the organization through change readiness for business solutions and HR initiatives. It is a key role charged with changing the business and people readiness. The position is responsible for executing a strategy that aligns and organizes the business, improves adoption of solutions, and enhances business alignment. The role continuously improves transformational support processes and manages people risk. This position is a full-time onsite position in Savannah, GA. The role emphasizes hands-on execution and subject-matter expertise in leading and managing change, and does not have direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 5 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, organizational development, or progressively responsible related HR experience.
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated focus/accountability on change management aspects of complex, enterprise-wide technical and non-technical projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management tools (e.g., RACI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • Prosci Change Management Professional certification preferred.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects and/or technical projects preferred.
  • Experience with supporting transformational change programs and/or implementation of change initiatives within a business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develops stakeholder engagement communications that facilitate information, awareness, understanding, and adoption.
  • Develops change plans to align business leaders and end users to enterprise-wide business solutions.
  • Sets strategy for stakeholder engagement for change programs across the company.
  • Develops change impact analysis and quantifiable tools for stakeholder engagement analysis.
  • Consults and guides teams.
  • Establishes change management engagement objectives that prepare the business for current and future change, maximize opportunity for success by generating commitment among stakeholders, and ensures alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Facilitates decisions and makes recommendations for change management activities to ensure adoption of business for enterprise business solutions.
  • Works across all teams and applicable business units to convert complex, technical business solutions and HR project initiatives into understandable change impacts within the business.
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes change management delivery plans specific to stakeholder strategy and execution, including change readiness survey development, comprehensive communication strategy, and production of program communications for successful implementations and ongoing sustainment efforts.
  • Develops key messages, coordinates delivery, and measures communication effectiveness.
  • Defines change content and develops Start, Stop, and Continue guides to aid in business adoption.
  • Leads change workshops to engage stakeholders.
  • Develops and leads a change network.
  • Integrates stakeholder engagement with the organizational change management plan for enterprise business solutions and aligns with the communication strategy.
  • Serves as a liaison between the business solution team and as a Change SME.
  • Takes knowledge of complex business processes and proposes solutions and recommendations for change.
  • Contributes to assessing business readiness for change.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
