The Change Management Lead is responsible for stakeholder engagement and change management processes and practices to align business leaders and end users. This role leads the organization through change readiness for business solutions and HR initiatives. It is a key role charged with changing the business and people readiness. The position is responsible for executing a strategy that aligns and organizes the business, improves adoption of solutions, and enhances business alignment. The role continuously improves transformational support processes and manages people risk. This position is a full-time onsite position in Savannah, GA. The role emphasizes hands-on execution and subject-matter expertise in leading and managing change, and does not have direct reports.
