We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to support transformation initiatives across our Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS) organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for designing and executing global change strategies that enable successful adoption of workplace, portfolio, technology, and operating model changes. This role requires an internal candidate who thrives on working independently and is comfortable operating in complex matrixed environments. Demonstrates strong enterprise judgment, executive advisory capability, and change management fluency. Must be able to translate complex, sensitive decisions into clear communication while prioritizing employee trust and leader credibility. The Change Management Lead will partner closely with CREWS project teams, business stakeholders, HR, IT, and communications to ensure changes are effectively adopted and sustained.
