As the Change Management Lead, you'll partner with project teams to assess change impacts, develop change strategies, craft compelling communications, and collaborate across the organization to deliver high-quality change management outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with Business Transformation leaders, Business Process Owners, and Executive Leadership to turn complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans that accelerate readiness and adoption. You'll also leverage Microsoft Copilot AI to enhance analysis, planning, and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Certified Change Management Professional Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or comparable in the marketplace preferred, Certified Professional in Managing AI (PM-CPMAI) or similar AI project management certification preferred
  • 5-7 years experience
  • Customer Service focused in developing relationships
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Assess technical, process, system, and organizational changes to identify impacts on people, roles, workflows, readiness, and adoption.
  • Build alignment, manage stakeholder expectations, resolve differences, and drive commitment to change.
  • Translate complex changes into clear, audience-focused communications that build understanding and support.
  • Partner with Training, L&D, project teams, and business stakeholders to convert change impacts into learning needs and training requirements.
  • Align change activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies with overall program objectives and execution.
  • Analyze readiness, adoption, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize change strategies.
  • Equip leaders and managers to lead change, address resistance, and reinforce adoption across their teams.
