About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Change Management Coordinator/Administrator to join our team! This role is part of our Critical Infrastructure team, which focuses on designing and delivering critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world. We work in collaborative teams to plan, design, build, and modernize infrastructure, with a focus on projects that improve communities and people's quality of life by promoting economic growth, enhancing mobility, and increasing sustainability and resiliency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with construction contract terms
  • Proficiency in document control systems
  • Proficiency in compliance with quality documentation standards

Responsibilities

  • Draft and format contractual notices (e.g., delay notices, change notifications, claims correspondence) in accordance with contract terms, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Align all notices with the approved Project Organization Plan and document control procedures, verifying compliance with Owner’s Code of Accounts, Change Control Plan, and risk management protocols.
  • Receive notices from the General Contractor, log them into the Notice Register, distribute to appropriate stakeholders, and follow up for timely response and resolution.
  • Maintain communication logs and ensure traceability of all issued and received notices.
  • Coordinate with Project Management, Legal, and Construction teams to confirm notice content and implications, utilizing commercial background to steer stakeholder engagement towards contractually compliant issue resolution.
  • Upload and manage notices to the designated Enterprise Management System (Procore, SharePoint, QuickBase) for audit and compliance.
  • Track deadlines and maintain a register of all notices issued.
  • Support commercially intensive tasks, including archiving of commercial documentation, under the Contract Administration Team.
  • Draft and issue notices within contractual timeframes.
  • Maintain Notice Register updated daily.
  • Provide weekly summary reports of notices issued and pending.
