About The Position

The Change Management Specialist will support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption efforts associated with business process modernization initiatives. This role will help ensure successful adoption of redesigned processes and operating models.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline.
  • Five (5) years of organizational change management experience.
  • Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience developing training and stakeholder engagement materials.
  • Work from client office in Washington, DC and Guidehouse office in Tyson's Corner, VA.

Nice To Haves

  • Prosci, ADKAR, or Change Management certification.
  • Federal government consulting experience.
  • Experience supporting technology modernization or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience with business process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments for business and technology transformations.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
  • Create adoption plans, training materials, and readiness assessments.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Measure adoption effectiveness and identify change risks.
  • Support leadership communications and executive briefings.
  • Develop change metrics and readiness indicators.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and recommend adoption improvements.
  • Assist with implementation planning and transition activities.
