About The Position

This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment. A successful individual will operate with a high level of emotional intelligence. Organizational change projects will include: Partner with a Change Manager and cross-functional teams across the organization to develop deployment strategies and collateral to drive the implementation and adoption of innovative technologies and processes. Use organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans. Build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide insight and analysis for individual projects. Develop credible and pragmatic analytical approach and framework to drive adoption. Adhere to a standard practice for change management and deployment. Provide analytical assessments to better support and drive change throughout project life-cycle. Ensure each change project has the correct elements to successfully drive awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver various aspects of change management collateral depending on engagement.
  • Work with Change Manger to develop and execute various elements of change management methodology, including but not limited to: Deployment Plan, Communications, Sponsorship, Coaching Plan, Resistance Management, Training Plan, Change Reinforcement.
  • Understand change methodology and apply it effectively.
  • Effectively engage with Field partners to define, gather, and analyze feedback.
  • Collate findings from feedback in order to influence or adapt the change approach.
  • Analyze, interpret, and QA data. Develop credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption.
  • Use data to identify next steps and turns insights into actions.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and is able to build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide analysis based on project needs.
  • Effectively manage time and task completion with minimal support and oversight.
  • Develop and complete collateral in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to manage to a plan and integrate across work streams.
