The Change Management and Adoption Consultant will support clients with electronic health record (EHR) implementation. This role involves preparing end users for new EHR systems through on-site support, utilizing change management and training tools. The consultant will serve as a primary resource for new system users, offering change management tools and resources, analyzing end-to-end workflows, addressing questions, problem-solving, and ensuring user success upon system go-live. Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders is crucial for aligning with program objectives. The position is instrumental in supporting training, change management, go-live, and sustainment activities. The candidate will also contribute to the development of work products and deliverables, build client and stakeholder relationships, identify process improvement opportunities, and support business development for the Department of Veterans Affairs account team.
